It is not often that, as a consumer, I have an exceptionally good customer service experience. However, after receiving my replacement battery this morning I have to say that I am more than impressed with the level of service that I received.
You took the time to not only answer every question I had, and
explain my options when initially contacted you about having my marine
batteries reconditioned, but you made the drop-off and pick-up process
easy and stress-free.
Furthermore, when
I had problems with the extra replacement battery I bought, you were
diligent in finding a solution, and took the time to make things right
and make sure I was happy.
As a result of my experience with you I will definitely be purchasing your products and services in the future, as well as recommending you to my friends in both the automotive and marine sectors.
